The Dubai Mall is finally open with much anticipation but not much fan-fare. The project was delayed and the official opening postponed at least once.
We decided to have a bit of a "sticky beak" at the mall today, which happens to be the second day since the mall opened on November 4th. The prospect of rubbing shoulders with thousands of shoppers did not thrill me. I was wrong. Not because there wasn't thousands of shoppers but because of the lack of shoulder rubbing.
